Don't have a lead on the pneumatic wheels, but AndyMark does offer delivery to your pit at Championship. You might have an easier time making a deal with another team to sell your low-mileage batteries (because who can't use a few more batteries, amirite?) than trying to borrow someone else's.
(And, of course, FIRST hooks up international teams with a few batteries--but they're probably going to be used ones that you should test before use.)
