I've made a lot of updates to the division notifier website for the 2016 FRC World Championship. Over 900 division notification text messages were sent last year to people from almost 350 different teams.
New features this year:
- Email notifications, with several options
- Push notifications through the Android app
- View recent changes to the registration list
- Download division data as a CSV file
- Production tier infrastructure and hosting
- A simple API
