Glad you got at least the robot back! Doesn't look too bad, with the exception of the missing roboRIO and the condensation... It will probably be repairable, I've seen a flooded robot come back to life after sitting for a few months. Don't power it up until you're sure everything is dry.

I also highly doubt that another team stole it. As Lil' Lavery and Sperkowsky said, it was probably someone who didn't know(completely) what was in it. They had no use for the robot, so they returned it. You could probably get their fingerprints off of the 'bot; maybe also check the surveillance video of when they dropped it off.
