Not sure if it counts, 4060 dies early in the match but gets pushed around and ends up in front of the moat. 4681 gets stuck on top of 4060 trying to come back over the moat. 3237 puts forth a valiant effort to break their partners free, but with 3 seconds left in the match, manages to ride up on 4060's bumpers and get themselves stuck as well. It's a little hard to tell if 3237 is actually stuck or just stopped trying, but their wheels appear to be free of the ground.

Poor 4681 is alive and powered the entire time. You can see them desperately twitching trying to break free even after 3237 , but don't have enough traction to do so. Perhaps most ironically, 4681's team name is "Murphy's Law".

Because 4060 wasn't disabled by a defense, I don't know if it's a true Triple Tortuga.
I am going to say, nay on this one. You are right that, 4060 is out for non-defense related reasons. They get pushed into the defense area but the defense wasn't the real reason for it getting stuck to begin with.

Close, but no cigar.
