Some more details.
We moved to using
this TV cart this year. With the two shelves moved up behind the TV so it doesn't look like we have anything driving the TV.
We normally use a laptop owned by own of the presenters so they are familiar with it but it could be anything that has an HDMI output. Also remember to have the HDMI cable, and the USB presentation remote.
For the TV in previous years we used the 42" TV from my living room. This year we used the 39" 4K TV that I use as a computer monitor, it's a bit lighter. At some point we will probably buy a TV for team use but for now taking what ever we need from my apartment seems to work.
