Hey everyone,
We on Team 1540 are incredibly excited to announce that we'll be appearing on "America's Greatest Makers" on TBS this spring! We've been working on the show for a while now, but haven't been allowed to talk about it publicly until just recently. If you aren't familiar with the show, it features 24 teams of makers competing to build the best product with Intel's Curie module and win the title of America's Greatest Makers.
The show premieres April 5th (this Tuesday!) at 9/8c on TBS, and in the meantime, check out the website at
www.americasgreatestmakers.com. We're happy to try to answer any questions you may have, but as you might imagine, there are some things that we aren't allowed to talk about.
We've had an amazing time working on the show, and we're beyond grateful to FIRST for giving us the skills to compete in a field mostly made up of adults -- some of our competitors have been making for longer than we've been alive.
