Fixed the 3rd event issue... forgot to clear it out if a team didn't have it.

I can add goals to it or auto I suppose. Mostly I just wanted to know how many teams were lower than their bots capabilities. Especially after a LOT of teams I have gotten used to seeing at MSC just aren't going to be there. We thought we were going to be one after our first event after all.
