Our team just changed hotels to be closer to the venue. Our previous reservation was cancelled at the casino queen hotel -

The rooms are reasonably prices and the hotel and casino are completely separate. There is a metro station on the property in the parking lot and it is two stops to the convention.
I hope this helps. I know another team cancelled their reservation at this hotel after not qualifying so I know they have vacancy. They do not show up on the FIRST list because it is a hotel and casino.
