Those old gyro boards are one-offs and almost impossible to find unless you know a team that's been hoarding them for some reason. (Hi!) If that chip is exactly what you need, you might try the
eval board from digikey. If all you need is an easy to use analog gyro, there's a
300 deg/sec option from RobotShop or a
1000deg/sec option from Vex.
