Hi! For a personal project, I am collecting data on who the FIRST community (or, specifically the CD community) considers to be the best FRC teams in both all time and in recent history. I understand the bias that may come with a survey of the general population. This survey's purpose is not to definitively decide who is the best, but is rather to show who WE think is the best.
