Sorry, this is a result of a misunderstanding-- on the main page, we're counting regional or DCMP wins as the same thing-- basically, winning a Chairman's Award that qualifies you to compete for the award at Championships. Since your team won the PCH DCMP Chairman's Award, we count that in our total (you are right about the count though-- DCAs aren't counted on that page, only in the individual district pages).
