You can buy shirts for <$5.00 in qty. Maybe not what you want for your team shirts, but for giveaways, they work. Buying overstocks, seconds, and having your school's graphics art department print them is a possibility as well. Talk to the football booster club. They can get shirts from their sponsors. Sponsors like for there shirts to be shot into the crowd.
