I'm surprised to see that nobody has brought up any of the following:

• The Forbidden Planet
  (EDIT: whoops, I guess someone did already mention this)
• Wall-E
  (Which bot? ALL OF THEM.)
• Blade Runner
  (don't Replicants count?)

I think I'll still give the top slot to Short Circuit, but Big Hero 6 and Wall-E are a close second & third.
