I would love to see how this IRI field compares against earlier events on
Jim's mean vs. signal-to-noise-ratio of OPR plot. I am guessing the point will be way up and to the right.
edit: Doing the calc myself using season OPRs
here, I get Mean = 46.3, SNR = 14.4. The IRI Mean OPR is a little off the top of
Jim's chart, and the SNR is a little to the right of MSC. So, as usual, IRI is the strongest and most balanced field yet.
