If it looks like a fan, feels like a fan, sounds like a fan, and works like a fan, then it's probably a fan. Unless, of course, it's not a fan, in which case it's something else pretending to be a fan.

In that case, it's a fan if its packaging says so, even if it's not. (Does that mean you could put a Super Soaker or a blowtorch on your robot if it's sold as a fan or something else legal?) Now I'm wondering, in FRC logic, is
this considered a cat or not? It's marketed as a cat, except it's not...
