Basic question: How do you get your name out there?

I have been a part of a community team for the past 8 years, but would love to hear what other teams have done to Attract students, sponsors, and work-spaces. We have been lucky enough to have one of our main sponsors give us a large space since we became a community team, to work, store, and have a full field set up each year.
