I know that seniors
can drive, and if it were up to my team they'd probably let me do it, too. However, I'm going to voluntarily step down to let some of the juniors get some experience as well as get more people involved with the team as a whole.
Hopefully, I'll manage to convince enogh people to take the time off work to go.
