See the part I bolded. What that means is that you are looking before the window opens, so you have time.

I suspect that the NASA Grant details will be up around the time registration starts, which would be in about 2 weeks. You'll want to check back before then, though, as I could be completely wrong about that.

Just as a friendly piece of advice, read the grant completely, and make sure you have everything lined up to submit before submitting the final application. (And, if you happen to have some free time... there may be some more tips somewhere in this list--like anything posted by user dlavery regarding items that might trip you up.
