Let's do some math. The following adds to 300 points:

Auto:
3 crossings (30 points)
4 high goals (40 points)

Teleop:
7 crossings (35 points)
3 scales (45 points)
breach (20 points)
capture (25 points)
21* high goals (105 points)
*Everything else adds to 195, so (300-195)/5 = 21

To break 300, you need an absurd (albeit possible) number of teleop high goals, an average of one every six seconds of teleop. In addition, auto/endgame/C crossings have to go perfectly. Put it all together, and while 300 points is possible, it is incredibly unlikely to nail everything in one match.
