There are a lot more robots that can shoot high + hang, or shoot high + do class C, than can consistently get both balls of a two ball auto over multiple defenses. I think a triple scale, or assuming Class C crossing (which isn't that hard, even the drawbridge can be done cooperatively) is probably the more apt assumption.
If anyone was going to do it, 195 would be involved, I guarantee it.
