They own what you submit. I would not want to enter a contest like that. Also, while looking for an MMO gaming mouse, I read the reviews of the Razer Naga. It isn't actually a lot of work to make a graphic to enter in the competition. I think the potential reward of a Razer Laptop( 10 available) is a fair payment for your time designing the graphic.Even if it is used to advertise Spyware etc. they own it so its not your problem.
