I've had this issue before, including having random students from other teams on our roster also. They must have put our number in by accident.
Glenn - I really think it is that those kids really want to be a part of your team!

I've consistently had issues with my students correctly registering and getting the steps listed above done properly. Thanks for the summary burde1jb !
