Contact the organizers of the event. You'll set the second robot up under a different number. FMS this year is littered with more persnicketiness on what numbers you can use; if they can get in touch with their FTA, it'll make it easier.

(When we did SCRIW this year, we had a team running 8101 as their number since they couldn't use the next-number-up approach most teams do; that next number was another team competing! Except FMS won't take a number above 7000 this year unlike last year, so we had them configure their roboRIO and radio as 4101 instead. Everything else flowed fine; with 22 teams, we knew what was going on and just connected the dots.)
