I can't say what they did. Some hypotheses:

1) They're using 9XXX on the bumpers and plugging in another number elsewhere.
2) They're not using FIRST's standard FMS, the kind that is used during the season. (Cheezy Arena, perhaps? The lack of LED seven-segment displays on this picture is a tell for me.)
3) They knew something that our FTA (who was on event #19 of the season) didn't.
