3196 has yet to receive a blue banner, but they won Rookie All Star in 2010, and had a Dean's List Finalist in 2012. They won the Gracious Professionalism Award in 2016, and their robots aren't bad at all. Definitely deserving of a win IMO.

Thanks, hopefully this year is our year! I know I'm putting forth more than 100% effort this year, especially since I'm a senior.
