Unfortunately, our robot was only running on CIMs for most of the National competition, due to problems with the drill motor transmissions, but I am going to have to put the vote in for our team. During the Seattle regional, there were no teams that even compared to the power and traction we had. We also had close to the fastest autonomous mode there.
The only time we were unable to push another robot was when it had its suction cups down on the top of the ramp.
We also never took any structural damage to our robot and never flipped over.
I am willing to bet that with all our motors working, our robot could have pushed around any robot there (with the possible exception of other robots with tank treads like the technokats.)
Next year, we definitely aren't going to go with the stock drill motor trannies/mounts.
P.S. How many robots have you seen been able to push robots up the ramp sideways?
