The thrust load isn't the concern, especially as it's compression. However, if the CoF of the wheel on carpet is greater than one*, the shear forces are potentially
greater than the thrust load. What really concerns me are shock loads.
* Except for Lunacy swerves, this seems to be the rule rather than an exception.
