In general, if one team repicks, then it doesn't affect later picks. List picks are based on highest available team at time of pick. Now, if someone comes along later and says to update picks, then that will depend on if the team has already been taken. In this case, they have been.

That being said, I'll trade you 79 for 263 at next update, unless you say otherwise.
