I would encourage everyone to complete the inclusion training and the Implicit Awareness tests linked to at the end of the training. The training only took 45-ish minutes and the Implicit Awareness tests are very revealing about our own biases. i linked to the tests in case anyone not taking the training wanted to look at the tests.
