Re: Selecting members for a FTC team
on 45 we let whoever wants to join, join. If they then want a lead position later, they would have a "try-out" of sorts to prove themselves in that role. We have had a lot of growth starting last season, but haven't had a lot of opportunity to train and well... inspire new students. We started an FTC team im on to compete in preparation for the FRC build season, but haven't had a large turn out.
