My current team is $250 per student.
My previous team is $250 for rookies, $500 for veterans.

These are all meant to be sponsorship monies raised, not checks from mom & dad. They're also both minimums - we regularly had students individually raise $1k+.

For students with hardships, we always made accommodations.
