How many stamps to Israel?
ircalc.usps.com says $2.13 USD for a flat envelope ... so 5 stamps?
It looks like a rigid item inside (keychain, etc) would raise that to $2.43, or 6 stamps.
Note: prices calculated for a 2oz letter - the maximum weight that 3 stamps can send to Canada
I'll leave 5 spots total for Tal Esh. Anyone who sends more than a card should check for applicable rates.
