MAR Consent and Release
Student team members under 18 years of age are also required to submit a Mid-Atlantic Robotics Consent and Release Form, available above. After downloading these forms, they may be filled out electronically and printed out for signature. Submit your form to your Lead Team Mentor before your earliest 2016 event (kickoff or District Event). The form may also be submitted electronically through the FIRST Team Registration System.
I can't figure out how to do that. Could someone give me an idea? Thanks!
