FIRST was working on a system to collect district consent and release forms through their website but it was not ready in time for 2017. We merged the student and adult forms to one to make it easier for their online system and added that note assuming it would be ready for 2017. You'll need to submit it at the districts events the old way (hard copy). Hopefully next year we can get it online!
