Just FYI the morse code in ringtone 3 in DLC pack translates I believe to "the ace is a foot" i guess it could be "game" not sure as the code is very fast.
it its "The game is afoot" that would possibly simply mean "The game is very near" which it is.
As for CA state fabric:
