Calling all Mentors......
Mentors are one of the most valuable resources on a team BUT can we be better at what we do?
In the spirit of Gracious Professionalism and Continuous Improvement, we have started the FIRST Mentor Facebook page.

We have posted a couple of videos as examples of what the page is for. If there is a great example of mentorship or a mentoring strategies used on your team, it would be great to have you go live. Contact me on Facebook and I would be happy to make you an admin so you can share from your shop.
Let's all grow as a group and improve what we all do.
