Can anybody think of other things that would be good to have in the binder? Also what size binder would most likely be ideal for all of these things?

Some feedback. Our team used to do this as well. We stopped as it became a "chore" to put it together, it didn't seem to get used. Additionally with the weekly updates to the manual. Keeping it up date became cumbersome.
