Basically the first image that was uploaded was corrupt, a new fixed image has been posted however. Check out this

We ran into this problem as well and to solve it you need to open your boot flashdrive, and inside there will be a folder called ES1 (if I recall correctly). You need to copy all of the contents of this folder into the base flash drive directory and it should work fine!
