I actually think it can be quite exciting with the balls flying around, as MrForbes mentioned. A lot of teams couldn't attempt a pyramid climb above the first level in 2013, but I don't think that really detracted from the game.

We'll see how it plays out, since everything is speculation at this point. If nobody ever climbs it will be disappointing, but I think the same for if everyone ignores fuel too, then we'll just have 2 minutes of robots running into each other trying to move around a game piece we can't see well from the stands.
