Suppose you are building TE-17001, the Rope Climb. The bill of material in the lower right hand corner shows the components of this assembly. Let's go figure out how to make TE-17001-01, the Rope Climb Upright. The table tells us we need to make 2 of them.

Move to page 3 of the PDF file. At the top of the page, there's a diagram that shows how to make TE-17001-01, which is a 58.5" long section of 2x4 lumber.
