You can see how the field rope knot will engage.

Note that the C-channel the rope lies in extends to the base of the touchpad and that the touchpad when pressed leaves the channel for the robot to possibly contend with if your hoist is at the tippy top of your robot.
Hey Mark, long time, no see (what, about 12 hours!).

Thanks for pics. Confirms the location, and brings up the issue of the c-channel. Appears as though it could block depression of the plate by a simple winch if the winch is highest point.

That is very interesting (and troubling at the moment!).
