Re: Update your Build Progress - Week 1

As of Saturday afternoon, we had solidified our primary strategy and goals, set our form factor, and made enough chassis decisions that we're ordering wheels and belts and such. Successful prototypes of our gear handler and rope snagger for the climber that works with several samples of nylon line and strap (and a few spectacular failures). We should have a functional chassis ready for drive practice within a few hours of getting the order to the shop. Feeder station, rope mockup, and peg/lift assemblies going well, should be ready in time for the robot. We're on schedule - how'd that happen?
