In the past they allowed you to submit photos online, but this year the submission form says that photos can be included in your presentation. < http://www.firstinspires.org/resourc...bmitted-awards> no longer mentions any picture submission for Chairman's, but it does for WFFA, so I assume that it's no longer something that needs to be submitted.
