And if a team has already done that, but is asking specifically about an email? Seems like that's what she was asking...
Sure, it's one thing to see the confirmation on the screen in the system. But when's the last time you bought an airline ticket and didn't want an email receipt? When submitting something that is such a huge investment for teams, I'd love a backup confirmation for peace of mind.
For now, I'd suggest that teams screenshot their award submission dashboard and save it for recordkeeping purposes.
