This year our team wore red hard hats. Those of you at nats saw them. any way most of us didn't really like them and a couple people refused to wear them. But I was a driver and I represented my team to my best ability. ( I wore the hat!) Anywho I was standing in our pit looking for some screw or somethan' when all of a sudden it felt like someone had thrown a base ball at my head. turning around ready to kill someone our neighbors started saying sorry to me!? I was confused, what had happened? well it turns out their 20 some foot tall flagpole had fell over and the very end of it hit me in the hard hat!! any one out there who know physics knows I would have been konked pretty hard if it were not for the hard hat. Who'd a thunk that an actual hard hat would be in use at a robotics competition?
