This is definately not a rumor. It was a cover story in USNews a few months back... it's scheduled for March of 2005. The main changes is now there's going to be a writing section (you should have been wondering why they've had a writing section on the PSATs for a few years now, but not on the regular SATs). Apparently, for this section, you'll now have to write an essay. Talk about a pain in the....
