InvisionBoard (www.invisionboard.com) can be modified in such a fashion.

www.4osx.com and http://www.ibplanet.com/ both use variations on this sort of modification.

It's a simple PHP include script--one that I have no idea how to do . Anyway, if you do want to look for them, http://www.ibplanet.com/ will have it if ANYONE has it.
