1. www.phpwebhosting.com 9.95 a month (unlimited everything) and the domain form www.godaddy.com for 8.95 a year

2. www.ipowerweb.com hosting and domain for 7.95 a month

Which plan do you guys think is best (were on a pretty low budget).

And has anyone used either of these hosts and have anything to say about them?

Or does anyone know where I can get comprable features for a similar price. (I can't host my own)
HOSTING
www.ehostsource.com
$5.75 a month (well, actually, $69 dollars per year)
50 gig transfer
500 megabytes of hosting
email
webmail
webstats
SSL and SSH
Frontpage extensions
php and mySQL
20 subdomains

I host www.toydestruction.com with them--www.theforceteam.com is hosted on my own server--and it's a relatively high traffic site that does great. They'll give you great support, pretty much always within the day and usually within a few hours by email. Whenever I've requested the creation of a mySQL database, they've created it within the hour. I have two Invision Board's, one phpBB, and one pMachine running on Toy Destruction along with several large videos.

The only problem I've ever had was when I wanted to install a program on their server--obviously, they didn't want me to put a third party program on their machine. Other than that, they're absolutely golden.

DOMAIN
www.stargateinc.com or www.godaddy.com both give you a domain name for 8.95 a year. I prefer StarGate--they used to be 7.95 a year. But the good thing about StarGate is you can erase your whois information, which is nice if you're running a personal website or just plain don't want your contact information accessible.
