We often use the FIRST corperate recruiting video, its great, i think most of our team members have it memorized ( i know i can recite the whole intro from memory). Its a little corney but it gets the point across.
Evidently FIRST is working on some new recruitment videos, they interviewed me this year at the buckeye regional (and alot of other people) and said it was for recruiting rookies and companies for support as well as help out rookies and new teams in their first year. And i heard they were filming more stuff for recruitment videos in houston.
I also think video of year 1 will the tethered robots often impresses people, when they see where it started and then show them a robot like wild stang this year or beatty 2 years ago and it really impresses people.
