Subject: [scrrf] Special Thanks to the participating Teams in the JPL

A special Thank You goes out to all of the teams that participated in the
2003 JPL Open House.

CREATE 1079
Clark Magnet 696
Santa Monica 1115
Team Duct Tape 598
Beach Cities 294
Frazier Mountain 981
Chatsworth 22
Immaculate Heart 697
Bell HS 259
Granada Hills 599

From Nancy Mc. Team 697

The High School robotics exhibit was one of the best attended exhibits at
the lab. Everyone from the small children that looked up to you as their
examples, to the engineers at JPL everyone was so impressed with your
knowlege, dedication, and enthusiasm. There were many occasions where
people came to talk with me, and I was very proud to be associated with all
of you.

From Mark Miller Team 294

I really loved seeing the interest in the faces of the children. I would
really like to thank the team members that took the time to speak to the
children while the robots were "battling" it out. Just answering their
questions and entertaining comments was really special. It seems that there
is a lot more interest in Robotics than any of us would have guessed.
